Manager Finance Controlling

The Manager Finance Controlling will oversee the improvement of the current manufacturing controlling deliverables. Strive for optimization of operations processes and hence seek profitability and cashflow improvement by contributing to the financial result of the production’s entity. Set the vision and bar for excellence on all operations-related processes throughout the digital transformation journey of Breitling.

SAP related:

• Take a leading role in the FI/CO domain; SME FI/CO responsibility within Breitling
• Ensure that the SAP set-up will be aligned with relevant financial accounting and reporting standards as well as internal control and compliance regulations
• Monitor the day-to-day activities of SAP engagements and be responsible for successful delivery for Breitling with a particular focus on Finance related processes and finance applications
• Support project teams in operational and financial aspects to ensure best practices and standard implementation as much as possible

Finance & Controlling related:

• Active role in the monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing as well as interim and annual audit
• Drive and coordinate various departments over budget process to ensure accurate and realistic financial projections
• Analyze monthly variances and provide actionable insights with focus points on industrial P&L
• Build up a risk management approach and implement internal control matrix in collaboration with other operations departments to raise any P&L risks to hierarchy
• Provide ad-hoc project related financial analysis and participate to relevant financial or transformation initiatives

• You have ideally a master’s degree in accounting or finance
• You have experience of working in a regional or global headquarters and across international affiliates
• You have a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in Finance
• You are ideally experienced within the FMCG, Lifestyle and/or Luxury industry combined with or audit company experience in the relevant industries
• You have a good level of communication skills in English and French
• You have ERP and Microsoft Office knowledge and you are up to date with technical financial knowledge (IFRS standards and accounting treatments)
