Payments Processing Associate
FP Markets Group of Companies is a well-established multi-regulated broker, found in Australia, offering traders access to CFD trading on Forex, Indices, Commodities, Stocks and Cryptocurrencies. We are growing and looking to recruit a full-time Payments Processing Associate in Serbia (remote).

Please note that this position is for candidates located in Serbia.
Responsibilities:- Transaction Processing:
Process incoming and outgoing financial transactions in line with company policies and regulatory requirements. - Daily Withdrawals:
Ensure daily withdrawals are reviewed, validated, and processed promptly and accurately. - Deposits & Transfers:
Apply and reconcile client deposits and internal transfers, verifying payment details as needed. - PSP Management:
Monitor and coordinate with over 50 Payment Service Providers (PSPs) to ensure proper transaction flow and resolve any issues. - Bank & PSP Communication:
Maintain daily contact with banks and PSPs for funding confirmations, settlements, and account monitoring. - Failed Transaction Resolution:
Monitor and address failed or rejected transactions, escalate issues, and coordinate with relevant teams. - Suspicious Activity Investigation:
Investigate and resolve suspicious cases or anomalies, escalating to compliance when necessary. - Client Support:
Respond to client queries regarding funding issues, provide proof of payments, and assist with discrepancies. - Internal Coordination:
Liaise with customer support, finance, and compliance teams to address and resolve funding-related queries. - System Monitoring:
Track the performance of payment systems, identify irregularities, and report technical issues. - Customer Activity Monitoring:
Observe and report on customer transaction activity to support risk and compliance assessments. - Continuous Learning:
Stay updated with new payment methods
- Proven experience (1+ years) in payments processing, finance operations, or transaction handling, preferably in industries such as fintech, online trading, iGaming, or eCommerce.
- Strong understanding of PSP operations, banking procedures, and various global payment methods.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work with large volumes of transactions.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with a client-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Problem-solving and investigative skills for handling failed or suspicious transactions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP or payment platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
- Openness to learning and adapting to new processes and technologies.
- Fluent verbal and written English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work in the afternoon shift Monday-Friday 15:00 - 23:00.
