First Command Financial Advisors coach military families in their pursuit of financial security. We build on time‑tested financial principles, a client‑first philosophy, and face‑to‑face coaching.

• Serve as a personal coach to our nation’s military families, focusing on a constantly evolving financial plan.
• Help families manage day‑to‑day finances, build lifetime assets, and protect against the unexpected.
• Engage with the community to bring new clients to First Command, supported by local district teams and the Home Office.
• Partner directly with local military organizations, units, and supporting institutions.
• Coach families on comprehensive financial planning, including:
• Savings and banking
• Investments and wealth management
• Insurance and risk management

• Specialized licensing and comprehensive training for veterans, transitioning service members, and military spouses.
• Full registration and licensing sponsorship, including preparation for SIE, S6, S63, S65, and state Life & Health licenses.
• Paid training program with local district office upon successful completion of the licensing phase.
• An initial salary structure: hourly wage for the first 3 months (minimum state wage), then transition to a salaried position with progressive incentives for the remaining nine‑month training period.

• Potential transition to an independent contractor Financial Advisor, controlling your career trajectory and compensation.
• No cap on earning potential: competitive commissions, residual income, bonuses, and deferred compensation. First‑year average compensation ranges in commissions and bonuses.
