The Opportunity
Lead financial and budget analyses by evaluating complex financial data, performing trend analysis, forecasting investment conditions, and collaborating with key stakeholders to influence investment decision‑making.
- Location: Sun Prairie, Wisconsin
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid – office 2‑3 days per week
- Salary Range: $100,000 – $150,000
- Deliver accurate financial reporting metrics by analyzing data and collaborating with senior leadership.
- Provide effective decision‑making support by forecasting business and economic conditions and presenting implications to senior management.
- Optimize efficiency by identifying information sources, testing analysis models, and gathering reference data to support business growth.
- Develop recommendations that assist senior leadership in decisions by serving as functional and technical expert and aligning budget guidelines with business requirements.
- Implement team member development by assisting integration of new associates, sharing knowledge, resolving questions, and recommending best practices.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and utilize investment opportunities by interpreting financial data and evaluating economic influences.
- Provide personalized and quality service by communicating with internal customers to address financial and budget practice questions and concerns.
- Drive continuous improvement by reviewing team financial analyses, evaluating gaps, communicating feedback, implementing best practices, and delivering sound reports.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
- Professional experience in a finance role.
- Increasing levels of responsibility.
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Advanced working knowledge of budget financial analysis and financial modeling.
- Applied working knowledge of operational efficiency principles and best practices.
- In‑depth knowledge of financial operations.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
The salary range for this role is $100,000 – $150,000. Beyond base salary, eligible full‑time employees may receive a discretionary bonus based on business and individual performance.
