Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Chandler, AZ, with flexibility for remote work. As a Mortgage Loan Officer, you will be responsible for assisting clients in navigating the mortgage process, from application to closing. Daily tasks include evaluating loan applications, coordinating with underwriting teams, and advising clients on the best loan products to meet their financial goals. Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards are integral to the role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Loan Officer duties, including evaluating and managing mortgage applications
- Comprehensive understanding of the Mortgage Industry and Mortgage Lending practices
- Expertise in Underwriting processes and standards
- Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on client satisfaction and resolving inquiries
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance within the mortgage industry
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment
- Previous experience in a similar role or relevant certifications in mortgage lending is an asset
