Through a proven onboarding process, you will gain financial advisory skills and quickly apply them to build business, generate clients, meet with clients, and deliver consultative financial advice – earning a sustainable career and business.
We work as fiduciaries in an open‑architecture structure of financial services and products, backed by a Fortune Global 500 company with $400 billion assets under management.
Responsibilities- Generate new client business utilizing traditional and digital channels.
- Meet with new clients to determine goals.
- Use financial‑illustration software to analyze solutions.
- Deliver a personalized financial plan.
- Communicate with clients and team.
- Participate in team meetings, training, and continuing education.
- Drive business expansion.
- Deepen knowledge and skills with ongoing training, conventions, and team meetings.
- Passion for financial security.
- Ability to connect with people.
- Leadership experience.
- College degree or 2+ years work experience.
- Self‑driven and entrepreneurial.
- Team player, coachable.
- Background in roles demonstrating success: nurses, social media/content creators, lifestyle influencers, military, athletes, real estate, entrepreneurs, insurance, finance, recruiting, accounting, economics, sales, remote work, travel.
- Life and Health Insurance License (already licensed preferred, or obtain within 30 days).
- Legally able to work in the United States (citizen, work permit with SSN).
- Must pass a background check and obtain required licenses and CE certificates.
This role is offered 100 % remote nationwide. Hybrid is optional within Beverly Hills or Los Angeles, CA.
CompensationCommission pay, bonus pay, and residual income. Successful candidates earn $100 300 – $153 200 annually.
