- Act as the primary contact between our clients and our company and schedule and conduct meetings to discuss any follow-up issues or items that need to be addressed
- Provide administrative support such as screening and making calls, booking appointments, etc.
- Verify all loan package documentation received is accurate and complete in accordance with company policy and procedures and report any discrepancies to the loan originator/loan officer
- Gather and coordinate necessary loan documentation for verifications and underwriting such as loan files, loan packages, credit reports, and additional mortgage application paperwork
- Handle all customer and in-house inquiries about transactions so the process is smooth and customers receive excellent service
- Assist in preparing CDLP reports, summaries, and case-specific mortgage scenarios
- Draft emails, templates, and follow-up communications
- Monitor deadlines and follow up with clients, attorneys, and financial professionals
- Support day-to-day operations for the CDLP practice
- Participate in weekly check-ins and ongoing training
- Computer proficiency required including MS Office; some CRM, MLS, DU, and proprietary mortgage software preferred
- NMLS license or training is not required, but is desired
- Strong understanding of loan financing options such as conventional loans, FHA, VA, adjustable/fixed, commercial loans, etc.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills and willing to go above and beyond for customers and team
- 5+ years of professional office environment experience as a loan officer assistant or mortgage assistant preferred
- Must reside in Montana.
- Prior legal experience preferred.
Compensation: $41,600 - $48,500 yearly
