Japanese Bilingual Investment Banking Analyst/Associate
Base Pay Range: $75,000.00/yr - $/yr
Role DescriptionThis full‑time, hybrid role as a Japanese bilingual Investment Banking Analyst/Associate is based in El Segundo, CA, with flexibility for some remote work. Responsibilities include conducting financial modeling, preparing detailed analyses, performing due diligence processes, and supporting the structuring and execution of cross‑border M&A transactions. You will also collaborate with clients and contribute to the preparation of presentations, pitch materials, and financial reports.
Fluency in Japanese and English is essential for this role, as you will communicate with international clients and partners.

Qualifications- Proficiency in Financial Modeling and strong Analytical Skills.
- Hardworking individual with zero egos (focused on “being helpful” to the seniors and the firm)
- Experience in Due Diligence and Investment Banking.
- Solid understanding and practical knowledge of Finance.
- Fluency in both Japanese and English, with excellent communication skills in each language.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field is required.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in fast‑paced, cross‑cultural environments.
- Previous experience in cross‑border M&A transactions or a similar role is an advantage.
- Valid work visa holder / citizen / green‑card holder (we do not sponsor visa).
