Our client has a experienced team of customer focussed Case Managers / Processors whom will manage all of your cases through to completion.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Mortgage Advisor, you'll guide clients through their entire mortgage journey from initial inquiry to submission.
Your responsibilities include:
* Consulting with pre-qualified leads generated through the company's cutting-edge digital platform
* Providing whole-of-market mortgage advice tailored to each client's unique circumstances
* Managing a high-volume pipeline of 15+ applications per month using intuitive, advisor-designed software
* Building genuine relationships with clients, keeping them informed and confident throughout the process
* Collaborating with case managers and administrators to ensure seamless application processing
* Staying current with mortgage products, lender criteria, and regulatory requirements
* Delivering exceptional outcomes while meeting performance targets and maintaining compliance

Essential Requirements:
* CeMAP Certification (or equivalent qualification) - non-negotiable
* Minimum 18 months+ experience as a Mortgage Advisor in whole-of-market environments
* Proven track record of successfully managing 15+ mortgage applications per month
* Strong knowledge of residential mortgage products, including BTL, remortgage, and purchase scenarios
* Experience with B2C inquiries and navigating multiple lender criteria
* Exceptional communication skills - you make complex information accessible and build trust quickly
