Summary

The Senior Financial Analyst will provide financial analysis, planning and data mining support for Fleet Management Solutions (FMS). The candidate will directly support Choice Lease Finance and coordinate with.

Abs multiple departments to deliver results. The candidate must be inquisitive, collaborative, accurate, and efficient to ensure leadership receives informative and timely financial reports and analyses.

Essential Functions

• Assist with closing books, forecasting year‑end financials, and creating annual plans and budgets.
• Review month‑end reports including actual versus budget variances.
• Consolidate, prepare, and analyze financial data to understand cause‑and‑effect relationships and identify drivers. The candidate will perform a broad spectrum of analyses requiring data gathering and extraction from various sources.
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Accounting, IT, and Sales to consolidate and understand financial results and communicate findings to upper management.
• Present close results, operational data, and forecasts in written and verbal formats to senior leadership.
• Arrive at conclusions and give recommendations to management based on information obtained.
• Participspur miscellaneous projects as required.
• Develop ad‑hoc reports and analyses as requested by leadership.

Skills and Abilities

• Advanced knowledge of financial concepts and principles such as operating margin, EBT, cash flow, balance sheet, cost of capital, depreciation, ROE, and related concepts.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Detail oriented with excellent follow‑up practices.
• Capable of multitasking, highly organized, with excellent time‑management skills.
• Ability to present information and ideas clearly and understandably to others.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work Menn, customers, supervisors).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to operate and self‑driven to excel in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business administration, finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Master’s Degree preferred.
• Four (4) to six (6) years in Finance, Accounting or Operations required.

Compensation Information

The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including relevant experience, education, work location, market data/ranges, internal equity, and internal salary ranges. The position may also be eligible for an annual bonus, commission, and/or long‑term incentive plan based on level and/or type. Compensation ranges for the position are below.
