Schedule:

8 AM–5 PM or 8:30 AM–5:30 PM. Laptop provided.

• 3‑5 years of experience processing High‑Net‑Worth (USD 1 MM+) loans.
• Preferred experience with the Encompass POS system.
• Articulate, well spoken with strong customer‑service experience.

• Obtains required loan documentation and processes less complex loan applications.
• Orders credit verifications and third‑party services.
• Tracks receipt of and reviews legal documents.
• Sets up and monitors loan and financial ticklers to ensure accuracy and timeliness of receipt of documents.
• Verifies loan files and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Follows up on missing documentation.
• Prepares and compiles documents for review and approval, including necessary disclosures based on consumer regulations.
• Performs basic loan calculations and interacts with financial advisors, mortgage consultants, banking consultants, and clients.

Entry Level

Contract position based in St. Petersburg, FL (hybrid).

The pay range for this position is $26.00 – $26.00 /hr.
