The Capital Markets Analyst will support the Capital Markets team in executing funding strategies, preparing investor materials, and conducting market research. This entry-level role focuses on financial analysis, modeling, and documentation for debt and equity transactions. Ideal candidates have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a foundational understanding of finance or capital markets.
As An Capital Markets Analyst, You Will- Assist in the execution of capital markets transactions, including debt and equity issuance and securitization activities.
- Prepare and maintain investor reports, compliance documentation, and respond to investor inquiries.
- Conduct market research and analyze funding opportunities to support liquidity planning.
- Build and update financial models for scenario analysis and performance tracking.
- Monitor market trends, interest rates, and competitor activity to inform team strategy.
- Collaborate with Treasury, FP&A, and Accounting teams to ensure accurate cash forecasting and reporting.
- Support preparation of presentations for senior leadership and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree. Preferably in Physics, Engineering, Math or in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in finance, treasury, or capital markets (internship experience acceptable).
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Familiarity with financial modeling and basic understanding of debt instruments.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial systems is a plus.
