Financial Consultant, Financial Analyst

Function of Position:
The Financial Literacy Specialist supports students in understanding, managing, and improving their overall financial health through personalized financial coaching and education. This position plays a critical role in helping students make informed financial decisions that support their academic persistence, degree completion, and successful transition into the workforce. The Advisor provides one-on-one financial coaching, delivers group workshops, and assists students in navigating recent federal changes related to Stafford Loans, repayment options, and loan forgiveness initiatives.
* This is a temporary position that may be renewed annually, contingent upon the availability of the College budget and performance reviews. This position is eligible for paid time off and benefits.

Additional Information:
Salary: Salary is determined based on experience, internal equity, and college budget. This position has a range of $52,000 to $55,000 and is based on the mentioned factors.
