This full-time Loan Officer position is a hybrid role based in Russellville, AR, with a combination of in-office and remote work. The Loan Officer will assist clients with their home financing needs by providing personalized financial solutions and expert advice. Responsibilities include assisting customers with loan applications, ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines, reviewing loan options, and providing exceptional customer service to simplify the lending process.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate smooth loan origination and closing.

• Strong knowledge of Loan Origination and Underwriting processes
• Experience working as a Loan Officer or in a related Finance position
• Excellent Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Ability to manage loan files and collaborate effectively with borrowers, underwriters, and other stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to multitask
• Familiarity with compliance regulations in the mortgage industry
• Licensing as required by state and federal regulations
