Senior FP&A Manager – Non Profit Organization

Location: Washington DC Remote (U.S.)
Salary: Around $150,000 + Excellent Benefits

We are seeking a Senior FP&A Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for a large membership‑based organization. This role reports to the Deputy CFO and oversees a team of three, providing strategic financial leadership and partnering with business units to support decision‑making.

• Develop and prepare consolidated operating and program budgets
• Generate budget‑to‑actual reports and present financial statements to senior leadership
• Partner with business unit leaders to provide financial guidance and ensure alignment with organizational goals
• Lead variance analysis and quarterly financial reviews
• Oversee and mentor a team of three finance professionals

• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 9+ years of FP&A experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role
• Strong experience with budgeting and reporting in a complex organization
• Proficiency in accounting software (Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar) and budgeting tools (BI360/Solver, Planful, Prophix, Vena or similar)
• Advanced Excel skills; nonprofit experience a plus
