Senior Analyst - Non-Financial Risk (NFR) Governance
Join Macquarie’s NFR Governance team in the Risk Management Group Transformation and Operations division and help drive transformation to strengthen and streamline risk management frameworks and policies, enhancing consistency and effectiveness across our NFR Divisions.

What role will you play?As a Senior Analyst within the NFR Governance team, you will play a critical role in advancing transformation initiatives by collaborating with Policy and Risk Framework Owners to draft and refine policies, enhance governance processes, and optimise systems to support effective risk management. You will be responsible for preparing clear and comprehensive reports and communications for stakeholders, providing guidance on policy governance and risk matters, and engaging with risk professionals across Macquarie to promote best practices and implement innovative governance solutions within a dynamic and evolving environment.
Whatyou offer
- Experience in risk management, legal, banking or financial services, with an understanding of the banking and financial services regulatory environment
- Strong attention to detail balanced with the ability to consider the bigger picture
- Excellent communication skills, previous experience in policy drafting is highly regarded
- Proven stakeholder engagement and feedback skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation
- Adaptable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented, with strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
