The Finance team keeps Revolut moving with clarity and confidence. From accounting to strategic support, they work across the business to assess risk, guide decisions, and drive growth. Their insight shapes everything from daily operations to long-term plans and plays a key role in how we scale.

We're looking for a motivated Payments Manager to investigate breaches, confirm trades, and oversee payments.

• Ensuring timely settlement of treasury transactions and investigations of reconciliation breaks
• Building funding models for new product launches
• Managing liquidity across accounts to meet funding requirements for client activity (including crypto)
• Ensuring trades are booked, processed, and executed correctly by our settlements team

• 4+ years of experience as a Settlements Analyst, Treasury Analyst, or similar role
• 1+ years of experience as a team lead or manager
• Technological curiosity and the will to learn new skills (such as working with SQL, if you’re not familiar with it)
• An excellent understanding of payments settlement processes and methods, such as Swift, SEPA, and INST
• Knowledge of the trade lifecycle and how to settle different types of investment products, from derivatives to securities
• Experience setting goals and objectives for the team
• An understanding of the importance of risk and control management
• To be able to work well under pressure, managing multiple tasks and meeting required deadlines

• An understanding of margin management
• The ability to design new internal processes
• Proficiency in SQL to create queries and MI
• Familiarity with Jira for operations services
• Knowledge of finance regulations/compliance
