USAID’s Office of Acquisition and Assistance (OAA) manages acquisition and assistance actions across the Agency. USAID’s Office of Finance requires payroll specialists to support payroll processing, personnel data changes, retirement actions, and discrepancy resolution during Agency-wide closeout.
Position SummaryUSAID’s Office of Finance requires payroll specialists to support payroll processing, personnel data changes, retirement actions, and discrepancy resolution during Agency-wide closeout.
Key Responsibilities- Process time and attendance, leave audits, and payroll adjustments.
- Support retirement paperwork, deductions, and data accuracy.
- Research and resolve discrepancies and suspense items.
- Use NFC systems including EPIC, SPPS, and GovTA.
- Understanding of federal payroll and NFC systems.
