Wij zijn op zoek naar een nauwkeurige en proactieve Financieel Administratief Medewerker met een duidelijke focus op de debiteuren- en omzetkant van de administratie.

In deze rol ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen Finance, Commercie en Operations en draag je bij aan een correcte, tijdige en efficiënte financiële administratie.

• A salary of €3,000 to €4,000 gross per month (based on 40 hours), depending on your knowledge and experience.

• You are responsible for correct, timely and complete invoicing for all our organisations and labels.
• You handle debt collection, including processing and monitoring direct debits and keeping the bank book up‑to‑date.
• You play an important role in the month‑end closing and are jointly responsible for correct and complete financial records.
• You act as a point of contact for colleagues in sales and operations, for example on price and contract questions.
• You maintain active contact with debtors and manage the related communication.
• You identify bottlenecks and actively contribute to process improvements within the Finance team and, where possible, company‑wide.
• You prepare monthly reports and analyses and support various (ad‑hoc) financial reports.
• You are responsible for your own KPIs and work independently to drive them.

• You have MBO+/HBO work‑and‑thinking level, preferably in a financial discipline.
• You have at least 2 years of experience in a finance‑administrative role.
• You have experience with ERP systems, debt‑management programmes and payment environments.
• You are available for 24 to 32 hours per week.
• Ideally you live in the Amersfoort area or are willing to travel to the office within about 30 minutes.
• You possess strong communication skills and a proactive work attitude.
• You work accurately, in a structured manner and are quality‑oriented.
• You are comfortable dealing with both customers and internal stakeholders.
