• Collaborate with the Cost Accounting Manager and Senior Financial Analysts on various analytical projects
• Conduct financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to support operational decision-making

• Maintain financial systems and provide decision support analytics across the organization
• Utilize EPSi analytics modules and other reporting tools to deliver insightful analysis

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis or accounting within a healthcare setting
• Strong proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments
• Familiarity with healthcare financial systems and reporting tools

• Experience with EPSi analytics modules or similar decision support software
• Advanced degree (Master’s or MBA) in a relevant field
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and financial practices
• Previous experience in a nonprofit healthcare environment
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on improving operational efficiency
