You should meet at least two of the following five criteria:
- 8+ years of professional experience in your industry, including 4+ years in senior leadership roles with a proven record of sector impact and deep insights.
- At least 2 years of professional consulting experience within your field.
- Experience serving 10+ unique clients of varying sizes and industries.
- Successful delivery of 15+ consulting projects
, either independently or as a lead consultant. - Authorship or co-authorship of 5+ industry-relevant articles, whitepapers, or case studies published in credible journals or industry platforms.
Now we are seeking highly experienced Tax and Financial Structuring external consultants to support our client enterprises expanding overseas.
Responsibilities- Advise on global/local tax rules, transfer pricing, incentives, and structuring.
- Evaluate investment vehicles, cross-border transactions, and reporting.
- Provide guidance with real-life tax efficiency cases.
- Prepare impact reports and offer audit-readiness tips.
- 10+ years in tax/finance (CPA, ACCA strongly preferred).
- 5+ years in senior/advisor role.
- In-depth knowledge of international tax regulations.
- Excellent written and oral communication.
- Fluency in English and the local language.
