Tax Reporting Manager

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge with Indonesian & US GAAP Accounting Principle & Indonesia taxation.
• Strong leadership, communication and customer focus.

• Lead the small tax team to provide necessary support for overall tax aspects, including tax planning, tax efficiency processes, statutory and compliance, and assist the company in dealing with tax audit assessments and reporting to Denmark about taxation.
• Assist the Senior Tax Manager in preparing analysis, records, and documents for any tax appeal and other ad‑hoc tax requirements.
• Manage risk by utilizing resources, exploring, and actively finding solutions that favor the company.
• Provide timely information on all relevant tax aspects to the home office and regional offices.
• Ensure reconciliation and oversight of all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems to maintain compliance with appropriate GAAP standards and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and file monthly corporate income tax returns and the annual tax return by year’s end.
• Handle all tax audits and represent Monsanto at tax courts.
• Provide tax advisory to internal business partners and educate stakeholders on taxation matters.
• Assist the Department Head of Taxation in preparing documents, records, and analysis for tax appeal requirements, including other special tasks.
