Insurance Specialist

Genesis
10 is seeking an Insurance Specialist for a 3-month remote contract position with a leading client in Brooklyn, OH. Compensation: $20.00 per hour, W2.

• Under the direction of the department manager, protect the interests of investors pursuant to the mortgages serviced for them in a timely, efficient and responsible manner.
• The duties relate to all insurance matters.
• Operate within the parameters of individual investor guides, Pooling and Servicing Agreements, applicable law, and the mortgage documents.
• Monitor compliance of insurance for commercial properties held as collateral for various lenders and investors.
• Perform insurance analysis, premium disbursements from escrow, risk assessment, appraisal review, and correspondence with servicers, investors, borrowers, insurance agents and internal departments.

• Analytical mind with the ability to assess complex risks and articulate them.
• Ability to self-manage a wide variety of tasks that may vary day to day.
• Capable of complex analyses and assessment related to Insurance and/or Real Estate.
• Experience in one or more of the following:
  Loan Servicing, Commercial Insurance, Real Estate.
