Role OverviewWe are seeking a senior financing leader to drive cross-border capital strategy and execution across Southeast Asia, supporting large-scale data center and infrastructure developments.
This role will lead offshore structuring, institutional capital engagement, and complex multi-jurisdiction financing transactions aligned with the Group’s regional expansion strategy.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement cross-border financing strategies including USD/EUR syndicated loans and project finance structures
Design and manage offshore SPV platforms (Singapore, Hong Kong, Luxembourg, etc.) to optimize tax efficiency and regulatory compliance
Manage foreign debt capacity, FX exposure, and cross-border liquidity arrangements
Coordinate closely with treasury and finance teams to control risk exposure
Large-Scale Transaction ExecutionLead major cross-border real estate and infrastructure financing transactions
Structure and negotiate complex financing agreements with global investment banks and institutional lenders
Develop capital allocation strategies combining offshore funding and regional asset deployment
Design cross-border capital recycling and cash repatriation structures
Institutional Capital & Market EngagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with global investment banks, private equity funds, sovereign wealth funds, and institutional investors
Lead negotiations to secure competitive financing terms
Ensure alignment with international lending standards and ESG-linked financing frameworks
Strategic LeadershipProvide capital strategy input to senior management and headquarters
Oversee financial modeling, deal structuring, and documentation review
Support development of internal financing capabilities
Qualifications ExperienceMinimum 10 years of cross-border financing and capital markets experience
Director-level or above experience preferred
Technical ExpertiseStrong command of financial modeling and deal structuring
Deep knowledge of international loan documentation and cross-border financing frameworks
Familiarity with ESG financing standards
Understanding of Southeast Asia regulatory and banking environments
EducationBachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
MBA or professional certification (CFA / CPA / FRM) preferred
SkillsExcellent negotiation and stakeholder management capability
Strong commercial judgment and strategic thinking
Fluent English required;
Chinese is an advantage
