Finance Business Partner

WPR are proud to be partnered with a growing financial advisory firm who are looking to bring in a Senior Finance Business Partner into their FP&A team. On a remote working basis, this role is perfect for a proactive and analytical finance professional skilled in internal reporting, revenue analysis, and financial planning. This will be a 6-12 month FTC.

You will partner closely with senior management, providing valuable insights to support strategic decision-making and business growth, especially through acquisitions. This position offers diverse responsibilities, from budget preparation to enhancing reporting processes and supporting business acquisition integrations, all within a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Key skills and requirements:

• Proven experience in FP&A and financial reporting, particularly revenue and internal analysis
• Strong background in FS/Insurance
• Excellent Excel and data management skills
• CIMA, ACCA, or ACA qualification
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships across functions
• Analytical mindset with a proactive, self-starter approach
