Your Role in Supporting Our Members:

The Senior Manager, Sustainable Wealth Management Products will support and accelerate the growth of our wealth management products business. This is an opportunity to shape and define a new role with meaningful ownership and impact by delivering on product leadership, execution excellence, and strategic direction across the product portfolio.

This role is ideal for a senior individual contributor who thrives at the intersection of strategy and delivery in a dynamic, collaborative environment - someone who can set a roadmap, drive initiatives end-to-end, and partner closely with business and technology stakeholders to bring ideas to market. While this role does not have direct people management responsibility, it carries significant ownership, influence, and visibility across the organization.

You will balance performance, risk, and impact across the product lifecycle to ensure sustainable wealth solutions are well-designed, scalable, and deliver long-term value for members, employees, and the organization.

This is a permanent, full-time role with a hybrid working arrangement which can be fulfilled primarily from either the Vancity head office location and your Lower Mainland based home office. In this role, you will report to the Director, Products and Pricing - Retail Banking and Sustainable Wealth Management.

  • Partnering with peers and senior leaders to identify and execute opportunities to grow and improve the portfolio across member impact, risk, technology, innovation, scale, and revenue
  • Establishing, embedding, and continuously evolving strong product management practices into the wealth business
  • Diving into execution details when needed to unblock progress and ensure high-quality, member-centric outcomes
