Accounts Assistant (Training Provided)
Ready to start your career in accounting but don’t have experience yet? This role is for you.
We’re a Multi-National Company (MNC) looking for an Accounts Assistant to join our regional finance team. You’ll work closely with the Finance Manager, learn how real finance operations run, and build practical skills that matter in the workplace.
No experience needed — we’ll train you. What we value most is a positive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
This role is ideal if you’re detail-oriented, comfortable with numbers, and looking for a stable first role with clear learning opportunities

You’ll start with the basics, gain confidence through hands‑on work, and gradually take on more responsibilities as you develop your skills.
Key Responsibilities Invoicing / Accounts Receivable- Assist in preparing and issuing customer invoices
- Ensure invoices are supported by proper documentation
- Maintain accurate and organized invoicing records
- Assist in processing supplier invoices
- Verify invoices against supporting documents
- Prepare payment documentation for review
- Maintain proper filing of supplier invoices and payment records
- Support the finance team in daily finance operations
- Assist with basic reconciliations and month-end activities
- Maintain organized finance records for audit and reference
- Perform other accounting or administrative duties as assigned
ITE Higher Nitec, GCE A-Level or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related discipline
Experience- No prior working experience required
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- On-the-job training will be provided
- Basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel
- Careful, organized, and detail-oriented
- Willing to learn and follow processes
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- S $2,400 – S $2,600 per month, commensurate with qualifications
- 5-day work week, Mon to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
