Risk & Compliance Officer (Open to graduates with a keen interest in compliance and good administrative skills)

£26,000 per annum – 6-month fixed term contract (FTC)

Manchester City Centre (Hybrid – 2 days in office, 3 days from home)

You’re looking for a Risk & Compliance Officer to join the team in Manchester City Centre. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in compliance and risk management while working in a hybrid setup that offers flexibility and work‑life balance.

• Reviewing checks, results and providing guidance to the business on findings.
• Monitoring and addressing queries logged in the compliance portal, offering advice as required.
• Assisting with the management of the compliance monitoring programme by conducting compliance audits.
• Supporting Senior Risk & Compliance Officers and the AML Manager with ad hoc tasks as needed.

• Highly organised with the ability to manage workloads effectively.
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Proactive and able to use their initiative when solving problems.
• Proficient in IT tools, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office packages.
• Ideally a background in compliance, however someone with strong administrative experience and graduates with a passion for compliance will be considered.
