We’re working with a rapidly expanding, multi-jurisdictional firm to appoint an experienced Financial Controller on a permanent basis. The business has grown significantly in recent years and is now focused on strengthening its financial infrastructure to support continued international expansion.

This is a senior, hands-on role where you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day finance function, partnering closely with senior leadership and a Fractional Finance Director to embed robust controls, improve reporting and provide commercial insight to the wider business.

Hybrid working is on offer, with one day per week required in the London office.

• Leading the operational finance function across management accounts, statutory accounts, AP, AR, billing, cash flow and FP&A
• Owning month-end close and delivering timely, insightful management information
• Developing and embedding strong financial controls, processes and governance across international entities
• Managing the annual audit process and relationships with external auditors
• Partnering with senior stakeholders to support strategic decision-making and commercial performance
• Managing and developing a small, high-performing finance team
• Overseeing multi-currency consolidation, budgeting and forecasting
• Identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes and use of finance technology

• Proven experience as a Financial Controller or in a similar senior finance role within a professional services environment
• Experience operating in a multi-entity, international structure
• Strong technical grounding, including IFRS and FRS 102
• Experience managing audits and working with external auditors
• Confident communicator, comfortable influencing senior stakeholders
• Commercial, hands-on and delivery focused

• Salary c. £80,000–£90,000 (depending on experience)
