- Oversee all aspects of financial operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Payroll management.
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes with accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial statements and management reports.
- Provide strategic financial analysis and recommendations to executive leadership.
- Ensure seamless integration of inventory management and financial systems.
- Manage relationships with external auditors and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering professional growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- Minimum 7-10 years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
- At least 3-5 years in a Controller or senior financial management role.
- Advanced expertise in Excel and financial modeling.
- Deep understanding of US GAAP and IFRS accounting principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive-level reporting.
