What you'll be doing ...As a Paraplanner at Totality Wealth, you will play a crucial role in delivering high‑quality advice and supporting our advisers in every stage of the planning process. Your work will include:
- Gathering, analysing and organising client data to build a complete financial picture.
- Building detailed cashflow models to test scenarios and support lifetime planning.
- Preparing financial plans across retirement, tax, estate and investment planning.
- Conducting robust research on products, platforms, funds and providers in line with our evidence‑based principles.
- Producing clear, concise, fully compliant suitability reports and supporting documentation.
- Creating illustrations, comparisons, and application packs to support advice delivery.
- Preparing for adviser meetings, updating files, and assisting with post‑meeting follow‑ups.
- Liaising with product providers, accountants, solicitors and other professionals as needed to support client outcomes.
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and ensuring complete audit trails.
- Tracking cases through to completion and ensuring client actions are delivered promptly.
This is a hybrid role
, giving you the flexibility to work primarily from home
, with office visits
. You’ll still be closely connected with our small, collaborative team, joining us in Henley‑in‑Arden bi-weekly for catch‑ups, planning sessions and shared learning. The rhythm is designed to give you the best of both worlds: the focus and comfort of home working, combined with meaningful in‑person time that strengthens relationships and supports great client outcomes.

- Holding Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning or equivalent.
We offer a salary of up to £50,000 per annum (depending on experience), plus a performance related end of year bonus, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including:
