We are regulated financial planning experts based in Swallowfield, Berkshire and are looking for someone to join our small team as we continue to grow, bringing fresh ideas and delivering exceptional service to our clients. It is important to us we find a candidate who can be a trusted member of our team and who will fit in with our company values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare suitability reports and supporting documentation for client recommendations
  • Conduct detailed product and fund research to support advisers
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards
  • Maintain accurate records and assist with ongoing client reviews
  • Collaborate with advisers and staff to deliver seamless client service
  • Processing transactions with providers
About You

We are looking for someone who:

  • Diploma in Financial Planning (or progression towards an equivalent qualification) is highly desirable
  • Previous experience in a paraplanning or related financial services role
  • Understands financial planning processes and regulatory requirements
  • Demonstrates good use of the English language and competent IT skills
  • Has strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Works well as part of a collaborative team and aligns with our company values
  • Is proactive, organised, and committed to delivering excellent client outcomes
  • Has a willingness to process client transactions, administration and any other adhoc duties
