We're currently looking for an experienced Protection Adviser to provide protection advice and various other services related to the home buying process to Alexander Hall’s customers. • Achieve personal sales results
• Adhere to principles of Treating Customers Fairly
• Comply with company T&C, Compliance and submission standards
• Maintain daily structure
• Build relationship with referring mortgage advisers

• Protection case volumes
• KPIs – file audit grades, test results, case vetting
• RBM grade
• Client feedback
• Level of referrals from mortgage advisers
• Qualification for quarterly TCF bonus

This role will involve a combination of remote working from home and working from our Central London office in Holborn.

• Quarterly Consumer Duty Bonus - Earn additional reward through consistent delivery of excellent client outcomes.
• Warm Leads Only - all leads are sourced from existing Alexander Hall mortgage clients who are already engaging with us—no cold calling or outbound chasing.
• Pre-Booked Appointments - all client appointments are scheduled directly into your diary, allowing you to focus solely on delivering high-quality advice.
• Full Administrative Support - dedicated back-office team managing application submission, case progression, and administration—freeing you to prioritise client conversations and recommendations.
• Competitive OTE of £60–£70K - earnings grow further with experience and performance.

• 2–3 Years of Advice-Based Experience Required - ideal for advisers with a solid foundation who are looking to progress their career
