• Handle complex queries via letter, email, and telephone, providing accurate guidance and information
• Understand scheme details thoroughly and process activities in line with scheme rules and regulations
• Perform complex calculations, enter data, and respond to enquiries using automated and manual processes across various member or scheme events
• Conduct checking activities, manage errors or complaints, and use MI reporting to monitor progress and ensure standards are met
• Support project delivery on time and within budget, identify additional work opportunities, calculate costs, and stay updated on technical, procedural, and legislative changes

• Senior Pension Administration experience
• Strong pension knowledge
• Expertise in DB (Defined Benefits) trust-based schemes
• Proficient in manual pension calculations
• Excellent communication skills, approachable and able to build rapport with clients, members, and colleagues
