CV Screen is recruiting for an experienced Finance Manager to join an exciting, fast-growing events business based near Covent Garden, London. This is a hybrid role offering a salary of £65,000 plus an excellent benefits package. Our client delivers large-scale, premium conferences and exhibitions with an international outlook and ambitious growth plans. Operating for several years, they bring together thousands of attendees annually and work closely with innovative partners across their sector.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of finance operations for a flagship event and play a key role in supporting future expansion.

• Lead day-to-day finance operations, including month and year-end processes
• Prepare management accounts, budgets and rolling forecasts with clear analysis
• Oversee cashflow management, invoicing and supplier payments
• Partner with event, sales and operations teams to manage budgets and costs
• Improve financial processes, systems and reporting for scalability

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with post-qualification experience
• Background in events, startups, scale-ups or fast-paced commercial environments
• Strong Excel skills and experience with cloud-based accounting software

• Salary: £65,000 per annum
