Accounts Payable

• Process and track payments, disbursements, petty cash, and staff reimbursements.
• Maintain and support staff in using the Approval Max expense reporting system.
• Process payroll journal entries accurately.

• Ensure accurate transaction postings and timely monthly closing.
• Reconcile all accounts by the 10th of each month.
• Prepare audit schedules and support year-end audit activities.
• Assist with GST filing.

• Maintain professional, accurate, and timely written communication with students, parents, and staff.
• Uphold a courteous and professional image in all written and virtual interactions.

• Demonstrate integrity, patience, and professionalism at all times.
• Adhere to company policies on conduct and personal appearance.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of financial and personal information, especially when working remotely.
• Meet agreed response times and deadlines in a remote working environment.
