Remote Finance Manager

In this role, you will be pivotal in shaping financial operations within our partner's international framework. You will oversee statutory accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting while ensuring compliance with various regulations. Your expert analyses will guide strategic decisions, directly influencing financial health.

• Drive and improve financial, accounting, and controlling activities for the Dutch legal entity.
• Take ownership of statutory accounting and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy.
• Manage all areas of financial bookkeeping including AP, AR, GL, and FA.
• Establish robust financial controlling processes, including budget planning and variance analysis.
• Prepare high-quality management reports for transparency in financial performance.
• Handle tax filings and VAT compliance, including cross-border matters.
• Act as the main contact for external partners such as auditors and banks.
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses to support management decisions.

• At least 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, and controlling in an international B2B environment.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Dutch accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Hands-on mindset with problem-solving skills and ownership attitude.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High affinity for IT and digital finance tools, with advanced MS Excel skills.
• Fluent in Chinese and proficient in written and spoken English and Dutch.
