Salary: £35,000 – £42,000 base depending on experience, plus full benefits listed below.

Reporting into the Supply Chain Finance Controller, you’ll play a key role in controlling the cost base for production while partnering business stakeholders on operational and strategic initiatives. This is more than a standard analyst role – you’ll influence results, provide insight, and add real value to the business.
You’ll ensure financial rigour, governance, and controls are in place to support the delivery of Operational and Financial targets aligned to both the local and overall company strategy.
- Consolidation of Brewing Operations results for actuals and planning
- Analysing variances in fixed costs, providing insight into cost drivers
- Ensuring strong financial controls, reporting and forecasting for all Ledbury Mill and Orchard costs
- Partnering the Procurement team to ensure contract price changes are understood and incorporated into business planning
We’re looking for someone who is ideally part qualified or working towards their qualification, with a good amount of financial reporting experience. Engaging stakeholders is key, so being able to communicate, understand requirements, and influence decisions is super important.
This role is all about Supply Chain and Brewing Operations, so we need someone who can take initiative, investigate issues, and find solutions. You enjoy deep‑diving into problems and emerging with clear, actionable results.
If you have:
- Strong analytical skills along with experience or knowledge of FMCG Finance, Supply Chain, or Brewing Operations
- The ability to problem‑solve and work in an agile, fast‑paced environment
- Good organisation skills to manage competing priorities
- The ability to build solid relationships quickly and influence across teams
- Can adapt your communication style to ensure complex information is broken down into easy‑to‑understand chunks
