Overview

Pensions Administrator — Type - Fully Remote

• Process a variety of pension tasks, including changes of address, name updates, gone-away records, outstanding premiums, valuations, quotations, projections, policy amendments, wake-up or ad-hoc packs, record mismatches, and other exception reports.
• Handle member queries via multiple communication channels, all within agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets.
• Adhere to Quality Management Systems and relevant regulations.
• Take ownership of your development, including mandatory e-learning and building internal systems knowledge.
• Identify and escalate risks, complaints, or compliance breaches to your line manager or the Operational Risk & Compliance team.

• Proven experience in pensions administration, specifically with Defined Benefit (DB) schemes.
• Familiarity with pension authorisations.
• Strong numeracy and data-entry skills, with excellent accuracy and "right-first-time" quality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across multiple channels.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Telephone and computer literacy.
• Team-oriented mindset, with the ability to coach and guide colleagues
