Vita CV is hiring a Remote Accounts & Payroll Assistant for one of our UK-based clients. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys numbers, accuracy, and supporting finance operations from home.

This role involves processing payroll and maintaining financial records while working remotely.

• Process weekly and monthly payroll using cloud-based systems
• Maintain accurate financial records and update spreadsheets
• Prepare invoices, reconcile statements, and manage payment runs
• Assist with expenses, timesheets, and basic bookkeeping tasks
• Support the finance team with reports and admin tasks as needed

• Previous experience in accounts, payroll, or finance admin

• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
• High accuracy, confidentiality, and ability to meet deadlines
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
