What You’ll Be DoingThe Associate, Client Support provides administrative support to the Investment Counselor (IC) in managing their high‑value portfolios and maximizing their productivity. This includes preparing and distributing documentation and information to clients; maintaining the client database and ensuring contacts are up to date; assisting in preparing client presentations, proposals and other marketing materials; resolving client issues and inquiries; providing exceptional customer service to high net‑worth clients;
and managing new business by ensuring correct and timely investment of assets and following up on client referrals and contacts.

The expected annualized base salary range for this role is $48,880 to $56,980. The base salary is determined by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s skills, experience, and job‑related knowledge, as well as geographic location and specific business needs. Our compensation philosophy supports ongoing growth and development, enabling progression within the salary range as team members advance in their roles.
In addition to base pay, compensation for this role includes participation in an annual discretionary incentive or bonus program. - You’re a certified professional. You have current accreditation and good standing as an Investment Representative (IR) licensing with Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization – Investment Dealer (CIRO‑). It’s an asset if you have Registered Representative (RR) licensing. Financial services and/or brokerage industry experience, and working knowledge of various quotation equipment is required.
