Assistant Management Accountant

Overview

Our client is looking for an Assistant Management Accountant with accountancy practice experience to join their growing team in Weybridge. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, client interaction and being part of a supportive environment.

• Maintaining bookkeeping and reconciliations across a portfolio of clients, processing multi-currency transactions, preparing VAT returns and management accounts, and providing client support with monthly and quarterly bookkeeping, invoicing, credit control and payments.
• You will use cloud systems such as Xero, Quick Books and Sage, along with tools like Hubdoc and Dext, to deliver accurate work and resolve client queries.

• AAT qualified (or ACCA part-qualified/QBE) with at least three years’ practice experience across multiple clients.
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, VAT and management accounts; confident using Xero and Quick Books. Sage experience is an advantage.
• Strong Excel skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to communicate clearly with clients.
