We are recruiting a Commercial Reporting Manager to join our team in either London or Fareham. Reporting to the Commercial Finance Business Partner, this role sits within our Commercial Reporting team, which is responsible for the monthly reporting of financials and key metrics to the ZIC UK Branch and ZIE UK. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who can lead by example and motivate the team to deliver the exemplary standards expected by all our stakeholders.
As a valued member of the team, you will play a vital role in helping the department achieve its objectives and ensuring we deliver effectively to meet the needs of the business. Many of our employees work flexibly in a variety of different ways, including part-time, flexible hours, job share, an element of working from home or compressed hours. This is because we want the best people for our roles, and we recognise that sometimes those people aren't available full‑time.
Please talk to us at the interview about the flexibility you may need.

- Proactively support the ownership of our Irish (ZIE UK) portfolio.
- Work closely with the UK, Group and RFC teams to deliver an accurate and timely financial close process.

- Support the business with ad‑hoc requests.
- Ensure all processes adhere to the established control framework.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement across the team and wider function.
- Work collaboratively with, and constructively challenge, teams and functions across the business.
- Support new projects and developments within the commercial space.
If you are curious to know more or not quite sure if your skills match this role, please reach out to the hiring manager or the Talent Acquisition Business Partner for an informal conversation. At Zurich, we are committed to supporting every employee to progress in their careers and therefore encourage internal moves through a transparent posting and selection process. We also ask you to inform your current line manager about your application beyond the first interviews in the spirit of transparency.
