We re on the lookout for enthusiastic, self-motivated, practical and focused individual to join our growing risk digital solutions team. We help clients enhance their governance, risk, and control / compliance arrangements through our innovative cloud-based digital solution, Insight4
GRC
Your role will be multi- faceted working with a range of businesses as well as internal stakeholders within RSM UK. You will start by getting familiar with Insight4
GRC software by supporting team members with site configuration and software implementations. You will assist with client onboarding which includes undertaking due diligence and wider commercial processes. As you grow, you ll take on a client relationship role, bid co-ordination and support, as well as help with promotion and marketing of our services. You will be delivering exceptional service to clients and become a key player in our high-performing team.

- Business systems:
Onboarding and acceptance of clients, licence renewal, monthly billing and close down. - Configure Solutions:
Tailor the Insight4
GRC solution to meet client needs. - Data Migration:
Manage the migration of existing client data into the solution. - Training:
Deliver training sessions to help clients fully utilise the functionality. - Client Support: building relationships with our clients, providing support to ensure clients maximize the solution's benefits.
- Tender and bid Support:
Support colleagues with tender preparation and bid co-ordination. - Promotion and marketing of Insight4
GRC: directly engaging with stakeholders within RSM and externally with clients and interested parties, making use of various social media platforms.
From day one, you ll be a vital member of our team. You ll receive on-the-job training and ongoing support from colleagues and senior staff. Our internal training courses will help you develop in your role, providing invaluable hands-on experience as you advance your career.
