Head of Treasury

This is an exciting Head of Treasury position working for a private equity backed corporate. This role offers hybrid working with 2 days in London and 3 working from home.

• Own and operate the Group’s rolling cash flow forecast
• Monitor daily and medium-term liquidity positions across the Group.
• Key participant in projects to improve working capital across the business
• Support optimisation of cash pooling and intercompany funding structures in line with approved policies
• Execute and monitor FX cash flow and interest rate hedging activities
• Manage hedge documentation, IFRS 9 effectiveness monitoring and reporting.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with the Group’s core banking partners.
• Maintain and embed the Group Treasury Policy, ensuring ongoing compliance with internal controls, and governance expectations.
• Management of all Treasury related risks and reporting
• Produce monthly treasury reporting for wider finance leadership
• Maintain the Treasury Dashboard covering liquidity, debt, FX exposure, and counter party risk.
• Act as the primary treasury point of contact for finance teams across the Group
• Enhance a proactive treasury strategy across the Group
• Build, develop and lead a diverse, multi-locational and high performing team, adopting continual improvement and proactive people development strategies.
• Support capability development, workload prioritisation, and operational resilience within the treasury team.

• University degree in a relevant subject (Economics, Mathematics, Finance)
• Accountancy qualification, ideally ACA
• Experience working in a fast-paced, large corporate environment
• Strong track record leading Treasury functions
