Position: Branch Operations Specialist – AI Training

Commitment: 10-40 hours/week

• Utilize branch operations and teller expertise to train and refine AI models supporting banking functions.
• Document, evaluate, and optimize teller workflows and daily banking procedures for AI and machine learning applications.
• Collaborate with AI product and engineering teams to identify gaps and improve model performance.
• Assess AI model outputs for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to banking operational standards.
• Provide structured written feedback and annotations based on real-world teller and branch scenarios.
• Contribute to building comprehensive training datasets representing diverse branch operations.
• Stay informed on banking industry practices and AI training methodologies.

• Proven experience as a bank teller or branch operations professional with strong knowledge of daily banking workflows and compliance practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to translate practical banking processes into structured AI training content.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess workflows and recommend improvements.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Adaptable and willing to learn AI technologies applied to banking operations.
• Proficiency in remote collaboration and documentation tools.
• Understanding of compliance and KYC requirements in banking operations.
