DescriptionWe’re a vibrant, fast-paced bunch made up of around 75 superstars across 6 teams, split into two key areas:
Remortgage and Purchase. This setup means we can give our customers a mortgage journey that’s tailored to what they actually need—no one‑size‑fits‑all approach here.
We move quickly, collaborate closely, and back each other all the way. Whether someone’s staying put or making a big move, we’re here to make mortgages feel a whole lot easier.
How we work?We keep things flexible but structured to make sure we’re there when our customers need us. Our team works across a mix of shifts:

- 9am–6pm
- 11am–8pm (x2 per week)
Fridays – Everyone does 10am–4pm
We also do 1 in 4 Saturdays, 10am–4pm (with time back in lieu)
We keep it fair, balanced, and always aim to work smarter—not longer.
