At Algomarketing, we help the world's largest B2B brands scale their marketing by providing them with specialized, AI‑proficient talent. When you join our Finance and Operations team, you are supporting a truly global infrastructure that spans over 35 countries and 6 continents. Our business relies on "Algos" – a term we use to describe both the contingent workers we embed into our clients' businesses and our internal overhead staff, such as the finance and operations team you will be joining.

Your role is essential in ensuring this international network of talent is managed, paid, and tracked with precision.

We are looking for a diligent Accounts Assistant to handle our day to day financial tasks and systems management. This position sits at the center of our operational flow, ensuring that our talent data matches our financial records.

Primary Finance Tasks
  • Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions within Xero.
  • Perform weekly bank reconciliations to maintain real-time accuracy.
  • Monitor the Algo Finance inbox daily to ensure supplier invoices are cleared weekly.
  • Escalate high priority finance emails to the wider team on a daily basis.
Secondary Data Management and System Tasks
  • Use our business modelling and collaborative planning software (MODLR) to perform data management, ensuring our records are accurate.
  • Match Purchase Orders (POs) to invoices within MODLR on a monthly basis.
  • Manage SOW Contracts, Algos, and individual Algo Contracts within Salesforce (SFDC).
Experience and Skills
  • Experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in accounts payable or accounts receivable.
  • Technical Skill: Experience with Xero and/or Ariba is considered a plus.
  • Mindset: You are conscientious, diligent, and possess a healthy skepticism when reviewing data.
  • Efficiency: You are a fast learner who takes great notes and can follow complex workflows.
