This is a full-time hybrid role for a Licensed Sub Mortgage Broker based in Vancouver, BC, with some flexibility for remote work.

The role involves assisting clients in identifying and securing mortgage solutions that align with their financial goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing mortgage applications, negotiating terms with lenders, providing personalized financial advice, connecting clients with debt consolidation and other related services, and promoting mortgage products through effective marketing strategies.

• Proficiency in Mortgage Brokerage and a valid Mortgage Broker license
• Experience in Debt Consolidation and providing financial solutions
• Strong skills in Mortgage Marketing and client relationship management
• Understanding of Brokerage operations and financial regulations
• Knowledge of personal Finance principles and tools
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing in‑office and remote responsibilities
• A strong professional network within the lending or financial industry is a plus
• Certifications or training in financial services or related areas are considered an asset
• Spanish Language is an asset
