• Financial Reporting & Technical Accounting
  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
  • Ensure accurate financial reporting under IFRS
  • Interpret and apply technical accounting guidance
  • Prepare and review financial statements and note disclosures
  • Lead year‑end audit process and coordinate with external auditors
  • Maintain strong internal controls and compliance standards
• Operational Finance Leadership
  • Oversee and develop teams responsible for:
  • Accounts Payable
  • Billing & Revenue Processing
  • Accounts Receivable & Collections
  • Sales Tax compliance
• Improve processes and ensure operational excellence across accounting functions
  • ERP & Systems Leadership
  • Play a key role in upcoming ERP implementation and financial system upgrades
  • Drive automation and process optimization initiatives
  • Strengthen financial reporting capabilities through systems enhancements
• Post‑Acquisition & Integration Support
  • Provide financial leadership and support during acquisition integrations
  • Align newly acquired businesses with corporate reporting standards
  • Implement best practices in reporting, controls, and systems
  • Oversee audit of opening balance sheet items for newly acquired businesses

• CPA, CA designation (required)
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, with a minimum of 4 years of audit experience at a Big 4 firm with a focus on public clients
• Strong accounting and audit knowledge with an excellent grasp of IFRS reporting standards
• Experience overseeing AP, billing, collections, and sales tax functions is an asset
• Demonstrated experience leading or supporting ERP implementations
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial systems expertise
• Proven leadership experience managing accounting teams
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills with the ability to set priorities and manage changing demands
• Strong time management skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of management
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities
• Experience working collaboratively in cross‑functional teams

$130,000 - $150,000 / year. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) retirement plan.
